Description With the SCOTT Plasma RC, we really decided to flex our “Aero Muscles”. This Triathlon-specific bicycle features fully integrated cables, a hydration system and storage boxes. We’ve also made it versatile, making sure that anyone can find their most efficient cockpit position on the bike. If you thought the last Plasma was the fastest in the world (it was) then you ain’t seen nuthin’ yet. BACK WHEEL ADJUSTABILITY The closer the tire is to the seat tube, the more aero it is. In contrast to the front end, the back wheel is always aligned with the seat tube. To give every rider the chance to ride the most aerodynamic position no matter the wheel or tire choice, you have 6 different wheel mount positions. Extensive testing revealed that the second-fastest position is to have a significant gap between the front tire and the down tube, which makes it the fastest one in real-life conditions.
